A skylight replacement is needed if your skylight is letting in too much heat but is not leaking. Mid Missouri Skylights can replace an existing nominal 2′ x 4′ fixed skylight all the way up to a custom structural unit.
A skylight replacement includes:
- Removal of the existing skylight and inspecting the existing curb (frame) and adjacent area to confirm acceptable condition
- Replacing the existing skylight with a new Velux low-E glass skylight
A skylight replacement is applicable for acrylic, polycarbonate, and glass skylights that are letting in too much heat.
